Special Events Venue Rules & Regulations - 2023
By purchasing a ticket to any non-gameday special event being operated by Ripken Events at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium, ticketholders agree to the following:
- Alcohol Policy
- We invite you to enjoy yourself responsibly at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium (LFRS). Ripken Professional Baseball LLC (RPB) and their 3rd party concessionaire Pro Sports Catering LLC (PSC) reserve the right to refuse service to event attendees at any time. Alcohol is prohibited from being consumed in the parking lots of LFRS. Individuals consuming alcohol in the parking lots are subject to arrest or fines related to open container laws.
- Refund Policy
- Tickets to most special event are non-refundable for any reason. In the event that you are unable to attend due to any personal circumstance, your tickets may be transferred to another individual. The name on the ticket is not required to match the attendee. If this event is cancelled for any reason, the value of tickets purchased for this event can be used for IronBirds tickets for the remainder of the 2023 season.
- Unaccompanied Minors
- Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the ballpark. Children 6 years and younger must be in the presence of an adult at all times inside the park. Any unaccompanied children 6 or under will be taken to First Aid in an effort to reunite them with their family.
- Any events being marketed as an 18+ or 21+ audience will be required to present their own ID upon entry to the stadium.
- Photo and Video Release
- By purchasing a ticket to events at LFRS, you are making an explicit agreement for RPB or contracted vendors to collect video recordings, photography, audio recording, and consent to the release of said items to be used for advertising, promotions, and news posts across all RPB and Ripken Events communication platforms or for any other purpose by RPB Events Staff. RPB, its employees, and all events related staff are herein released from liability pertaining to the collection of recording, publicizing, or using event photos, videos, and/or audio recordings.
- Code of Conduct
- All event goers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, courteous to themselves and others. This policy applies to all attendees, vendors, staff, and sponsors. Individuals or organizations who have been found to violate the code of conduct will be asked to leave immediately and may risk a permanent ban from the venue.
- Hold Harmless
- Ticketholder(s) shall hold Ripken Professional Baseball LLC and its agents harmless for any lost or damaged property or personal injury to ticketholders personal items and/or self while on Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium Property at any time and for the duration of the event. Client assumes full responsibility for such property.
- Restricted Items
- Foggers
- Drones
- Airhorns
- Glitter
- Silly String
- Fireworks
- Outside alcoholic beverages
- Outside food
- Weapons of any kind
- Should it be found that a ticketholder has brought any of these items onto LFRS property, ticketholders will be escorted off the property immediately and may risk being banned from stadium property indefinitely.
