Alcohol Policy
We invite you to enjoy yourself responsibly at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. Ripken Professional Baseball LLC (RPB) and their 3rd party concessionaire Pro Sports Catering LLC (PSC) reserve the right to refuse service to event attendees at any time. Alcohol is prohibited from being consumed in the parking lots of Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. Individuals consuming alcohol in the parking lots are subject to arrest or fines related to open container laws.
Refund Policy
Tickets to this event are non-refundable for any reason. In the event that you are unable to attend due to any personal circumstance, your tickets may be transferred to another individual. The name on the ticket is not required to match the attendee. If this event is cancelled for any reason, the value of tickets purchased for this event can be used for IronBirds tickets for the remainder of the 2023 season.
Unaccompanied Minors
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the ballpark. Children 6 years and younger must be in the presence of an adult at all times inside the park. Any unaccompanied children 6 or under will be taken to First Aid in an effort to reunite them with their family.
Photo and Video Release
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you are making an explicit agreement for RPB or contracted vendors to collect video recordings, photography, audio recording, and consent to the release of said items to be used for advertising, promotions, and news posts across all RPB and Ripken Events communication platforms or for any other purpose by RPB Events Staff. Ripken Professional Baseball LLC, its employees, and all events related staff are herein released from liability pertaining to the collection of recording, publicizing, or using event photos, videos, and/or audio recordings.
Code of Conduct
All event goers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, courteous to themselves and others. This policy applies to all attendees, vendors, staff, and sponsors. Individuals or organizations who have been found to violate the code of conduct will be asked to leave immediately and may risk a permanent ban from the venue.
